Brutalist Studio Pottery Vase

£90.00

Sculptural studio pottery vase with a bold Brutalist aesthetic. Hand-made with sharp, architectural lines and pierced circular cut-outs, each edged with sun-like incisions. The vase’s square form tapers gently, while the scalloped top adds a rhythmic, almost gothic quality.

Glazed in an earthy palette with subtle hints of blue, green and cream, the surface has an expressive, almost volcanic texture. Likely created by a mid-20th-century ceramicist, this piece is both decorative and collectible — a standout object for shelves, plinths or minimalist interiors.

Vintage condition with two small chips to the glaze (see images) as well as minor glaze variation consistent with studio production.

Unsigned.
